Serasaya began as a small company with a clear focus: identify talented software engineers and technology professionals, then build lasting relationships with them. We are a new startup, and we would rather be clear about that than sound larger or older than we are.

Our main talent areas include AI and machine learning, full-stack engineering, backend engineering, data engineering, cloud engineering, and AI training. We spend our time getting to know people in these fields and understanding the kind of work they do well.
How We Think
Finding the right engineers starts with taking people seriously. Titles and keywords matter, but so do judgment, communication, and the quality of work someone has done. We look for professionals who can do the work, not just describe it.
